"We had such a great stay at Mama’s Mountain Place! The house is beautiful but still feels super comfortable and homey, with plenty of space for everyone to relax.We went skiing during the day and loved coming back to the hot tub at night—it was the perfect way to unwind. The game room was also a big hit, especially the foosball table!One of the best parts was the location. It was close enough to town for easy shopping on a rainy day, but still felt peaceful and tucked away.Overall, it was such a fun and relaxing trip. We’d definitely come back!"

"The house was a great place to stay and very comfortable and convenient to hawks nest tubing and to Sugar Mountain. The only issue we had was that the floors in the house are quite squeaky and anytime someone got up at night, the whole house knew about it. Still recommend highly and would stay again for sure. "

"The beds were very comfortable and we loved being so close to Beech mountain. Ended up getting caught in an unexpected blizzard and was told regardless of weather/road conditions we would have to pay if we needed a late check out or to stay another day. The next day wasn’t booked so it wouldnt have affected anyone else’s stay. It seemed unprofessional considering there is 1 way in and 1 way out of the location and it’s on a very steep road. The road was blocked the night before we were due to leave which is what prompted me asking what the protocol is for an emergency of that sort. Thankfully we were in a heavy truck and were able to drive on the iced roads. They only left 1 trash bag for 6 adults for 4 days so be prepared to need your own trash bags. Other than that the house was cute, clean, comfortable, and in a nice location. "

"Veey clean and cozy! Love the cabin, I rated 4 stars as the check in instructions and website should be updated for off season. Our intro text talked about farm animals and then ended with "no animals at this time", same with the dinner Resturant, told to make reservations but then concludes with not available in off season. We were not upset but as constructive feedback to update the info for off season. Again we live the cabin and would happily come back!"
