"Location is superb! Way downtown, so you can walk to everything. View of rivers (if you get a room with river view) is amazing. Looking out at Point Park is fabulous. The pool is small, but the water was wonderful. The facility is well kept. The huge windows in the pool room make it a great environment. Rooms are a little small, but that doesn't really take away from the excellence of all the other things. Restaurant is friendly. Lobby is nice. I enjoyed staying here, and would return."

"I would have given 5 stars but when I went to take a shower before my very early morning flight, the shower gel bottle was empty as was the shampoo. There were no bars of soap in the room either. I did not have time to call anyone at the hotel and it was 0400."

"Great historical hotel downtown steps to restaurants, bars and sights. Really happy that the Pensilvania welcome centre representative shared this place with us. Not so happy was the price adjustment for self paring. Expedia site says $29 but we had to pay $40(USD)."
