"Absolutely wonderful hotel! Beds were super comfy and the view of the mountains was breathtaking. Room was clean and staff were friendly. Will be staying here again very soon! Also a free trolley will come pick you up and bring you to the strip in Gatlinburg. There’s so much to do there! Had the best time ever on this trip!"

"This was an amazing hotel. Very clean and the staff was great. Walking distance of so many great restaurants. The pool is open 24 hours. Very family oriented. The bed are super comfortable."

"Older building that could use a refresh. Carpet in hallways and room was disgusting and loose. Major trip hazard. “Upgraded” to a jr suite and it was a waste of money. Saggy pull out couch and a few extra square feet weren’t worth the $100+ a night. Bathroom was tiny, water pressure was minimal. WiFi was slow, hard to work. Huge TV, but half the stations wouldn’t stay tuned in. Had to go to bar to watch games."

"It was ok..it was not disclosed that the outdoor part was not open yet when I booked and the indoor part was ok but the pool could have been cleaner Activities for the kids in the activity area were not up to what was adverisedbut were ok. All in all it worked out ok but for price was expecting a little more"
