"Nice clean hotel in a good location. Parking was $35. Wish they had complementary breakfast. Pool needed more chairs but overall nice place with clean rooms and comfy beds in a good location."

"We got off to a rough start because upon check in our room had not been cleaned and had to move. Next room the TV wouldn't work so after the front desk worked on it they found there was an issue with the whole section. This resulted in move number 3. I ended back up where I was originally supposed to be. The staff was great and tried to make sure I was going to have what I needed. Despite everything this is one of our favorites and we will be staying there again soon."

"Good value with daily breakfast buffet. Nice indoor pool is open until 1am. Lots of families but that’s what pigeon forge is all about. Only papa John’s allowed to deliver on site. All other food deliveries must be received off property. "
