"Very clean & beautiful home! It was perfect for my family of 6! My husband and kids loved fishing off the deck while I watched from the pool. The house had so many things stocked especially in the kitchen! House is close to stores and shops but also about a 30 minute- hour drive for the busier areas but we loved the small town feel. Host made communicating so easy and recommended things to do in the area. Overall a GREAT experience and will definitely be back on our next trip to Florida!! "

"It was everything in the picture. There are 2 bathrooms, I just did not think about the one being in the master bedroom and 1 hall bath. Which was fine, but my teens had to keep coming in our room to shower or use the bathroom when hall bath was being used. The house was spacious with a lot of different seating options. The kids loved the pool and the teens loved the hot tub."

"Perfect vacation home in Tampa - Spacious, supplied everything we needed and more! From pool floaties, kayaks, paddle boards, fishing rods/ lures, soaps, wine! And our own private dock which we were luck to catch 4 different types of fish! The location was central to many of our excursions and our family had a wonderful time. Thanks again for hosting "

"This home is amazing. We had an infant, toddler, teens, adults, and grandparents all together. This house had everything we needed and was welcoming to all ages. Plenty of toiletries, paper towels, toilet paper, laundry soap, pack n plays in almost every bedroom, high chair, pool floats....all we had to bring was food and our clothes. The communication with the leasing company was top notch. They reply to texts and emails very timely. There is an app to run the pool heat if you purchase that option which was new to us but we really liked it. Kids fished off the dock and were able to catch a few catfish. We saw dolphins swim out most mornings. Only complaint is there is a security camera that points directly on the pool and hot tub. That was a bit uncomfortable sitting in the hot tub watching the blue light turn on to tell us someone was watching not only me but now someone has my kids on video. Not a fan of that. Also, you are not allowed to be outside on the pool deck after 10pm or before 8am. Overall, this a very nice large home in a very friendly neighborhood with everything you need right at your fingertips. I would stay here again if the camera by the pool was removed. "
