Dirty rooms. Whole hotel smelled. Unfriendly and unprofessional front desk. Heard a dog barking in the room next door all night and the other room next door heard the tv all night. It felt unsafe. The rooms were filthy and I would have left immediately but it was already one am. We cancelled our second night stay as soon as we could. Pictures were incredibly unrealistic to real stay.

Conveniently located a short drive from the Tampa Sportplex in the Brandon area. There are a couple of eating options on foot, with more options and grocery only minutes by car. The interior of the hotel and some elements in the room were run down but the room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Not even the price of this hotel was good. We trade rooms three times to see if one would smell clean, but we had no luck. All the floors throughout the property were dirty. They offered no breakfast or restaurant on site. They charge extra to clean the room and also if you need clean towels. I would not stay there again and I would not recommend this property. Hopefully this will help future guests to make a decision. I don’t mean to bash it, it is just the reality. Be aware!

I arrived just after 10 pm., the counter closes at 10 pm. You then have to use a telephone in the entry to get assistance, during my stay because of the key card failure i had to go through this process 3 times after checking in to be able to enter into the building, it is pretty secure, if your key fails you cannot enter anything other than the main entry door. I impression of the over all property is that of it being a low income weekly rental property. The halls on the room floors were carpeted and stained, order in the halls of mixed food oder, etc. The room had a kitchen area, wood panel floors and basic furniture. The kitchen area had no cookware or dishes, they could be purchased at the front desk, the wood floor had a film on it, cleaned up a small spill my first night there and the white knapkins used came up black, the overall furnature in the room was functional but needed repair. The bed in the room was comfortable however they had placed the devices to keep furniture from sliding on wood floors on the center posts of the bed frame legs, this kept the bed from moving on the floor but caused it to rock from head to foot of the bed as these legs did not have the devices attached. Over all the room interior was in need of minor repair. Document provided at check in stated that stays longer then a week would require a cleaning service during the stay, this did not happen during my 10 day stay. Clean linen had a fee, guest to take out room trash, staff was great.
