My room had a gorgeous, enormous balcony! Comfortable, light, airy room. Actual bathtub, too. Breakfasts were delicious and served in a beautiful dining room downstairs that was open for use all day. The owner is absolutely lovely and personable, and helped make my stay incredibly special.

A truly warm and welcoming reception. The lady of the house was very friendly and made sure that we were comfortable at all times. The room and the lounge area were very comfortable and attractive. The breakfast was very good and we would definitely stay againg

Unexpected pleasure
The owners were extremely accommodating, helpful and friendly. The lounge area and the honour system bar was fantastic. Rooms were clean, modern and well appointed. No elevator and rooms were small. Great location.

Lovely boutique hotel in a grand house from 1904
Absolutely perfect small boutique hotel, in the most lovely row of historical grand homes in Apeldoorn. The room was very stylish, and the beds extremely comfortable; the breakfast was also very good. Highly recommend.

A pleasant stay

Loved our stay at Zenzez! We were impressed from check in till check out. It’s centrally located, walk into town center, easy parking in front of the hotel, a lovely old converted house with modern amenties and free WiFi. The staff is very dedicated and responsive. Our room was big enough to add a roll away bed for our daughter. The beds seem new with crisp white linens. We were especially impressed by breakfast, don’t miss it, there are warm croissants, eggs, salmon, fresh fruit and lots more. We didn’t have the opportunity to try the restaurant for lunch or dinner. The church bells woke us up on Christmas morning, not something the hotel can do anything about. We’ve stayed in this city before in different hotels but Zenzez is far superior.

Lovely stay at Zenzez
I stayed at Zenzez hotel for work. I had a lovely stay. The room was very nice, clean and comfortable and the fresh breakfast every morning was delicious. Walking distance from the city centre. If you're looking for a very friendly service and homely feel during your stay, this is the place to be.

An excellent boutique style guest house
I absolutely loved it here what an amazing place to stay. Everything was perfect. I travel for business but would highly receommend to anyone wanting a high standard comfortable room in a small boutique guest house. Will definitely be visiting again.

Good touring stop.....quite homely
Easy walk into town. Lots of dining options. Steam Railway was one target visit....thoroughly enjoyed it. [check online timetable for days available] Palace nearby was another reason for this choice....unfortunately closed for extensive work on our dates...but lots of alternatives by checking online. Parking on street is free on first come basis.....no problem on our three day stay.

Lovely small hotel
Very nice hotel with lovely owners who were most helpful. We only had to walk through a park to get to the town centre with numerous restaurants. And we parked just outside the hotel entrance. The hotel is in a residential part of the town, so quiet. The room was immaculately clean, as was the bathroom. Our room had a balcony with table and chairs.

Beautiful B&B hotel in center of Apeldoorn
Beautiful B&B hotel in center of Apeldoorn in walking distance of a park, shops and restaurants. Free parking in street. Spacious room with wooden blinds, desk, flatscreen and comfortable bed. Clean. Dog allowed. Did not try breakfast but the cappuccino was great. Wifi was temporarily down, but quickly reset. Friendly owner and staff. Great place to stay in Apeldoorn!

Very nice hotel, lovely staff and in a quiet local
Very nice hotel in a nice quiet area 5 minutes walk from the town centre. There is no bar or food served at the hotel, other than a continental breakfast. So don't expect to get any food or drinks in the evening. The staff are wonderful and the hotel a delight and should we return to the town we would stay there again.

Relaxing atmosphere in tastefully decorated hotel!
Lovely stay! We wanted to visit the National Park Hoge Veluwe and the Kröller Museum, which is really close-by. Besides that we payed a visit to the CODA that had a very beautiful exhibition going on. The hotel is tastefully decorated and offers a very relaxing atmosphere. Cosy restaurant with good breakfast. Clearly a hotel where the owners put a lot of effort and personal energy to give their guests a good experience!

One of my favorite hotel experiences ever!
I've been going to Apeldoorn for many years, but only recently needed to stay in a hotel rather than with family. Zenzez opened last fall after a major renovation and is under new ownership. The level of detail and care that went into the project is immediately apparent. My room was beautiful, spacious, offered a very comfortable king bed, and gorgeous bathroom. The owners managed to keep the historic nature of the building while upgrading for comfort and style. The food was healthy, delicious, and catered to my needs all due to a great chef and staff. Best of all are the owners. I arrived after a long flight, was warmly greeted, and delighted to have my needs met throughout my stay. Even though my stay was only two nights, I felt refreshed and cared for. The location is perfect to walk downtown, the theater or to a local park! I am actually looking for another reason to return to Apeldoorn so I can stay at Zenzez again. Loved it!!!

Prima verblijf met uitstekende service.
Zeer prettig verblijft. Hartelijke ontvangst. Parkeren in de straat tegenover hotelletje. Heerlijk ontbijt. Prima bedden. Een hotel waar we zeker een keer terugkomen.

Nydelig lite hotell
Fint opphold på Zenzez. Boutique hotell sentralt i Apeldoorn. Stille gate. 10 min gange til sentrum med en håndfull restauranter. Ekteparet som driver stedet er veldig service orienterte og hyggelige. Vi booket stedet fordi hotels.com opplyste om at stedet aksepterer kjæledyr, men ble overrasket da vi fikk beskjed ved innsjekk om at det kun gjelder i baren. De lot oss allikevel ta med vår lille hund på rommet siden vi var i god tro. Enkelt innredet rom, god seng, litt kaldt på badet, men romslig og OK. God frokost a la carte neste morgen, man bestiller på skjema kvelden før så står den klar til valgt tidspunkt. Etter kl 22 er det Honesty bar, drikk det du vil og skriv opp ditt konsum. Eieren hjalp oss finne og booke restaurant for middag som aksepterte hunder. Veldig hjelpsom. Anbefaler stedet om man er på gjennomreise som oss.

Parfait.
Une bien jolie maison, qui ressemble à ces anciennes pensions de famille. Décoration délicieusement raffinée, propreté, accueil chaleureux étaient au rdv. Petit déjeuner dans le magnifique salon, exceptionnel. A recommander sans hésitation.

Oprechte gastvrijheid
Jullie zijn warm, lief, betrokken, ik kwam pas op 07:00 een keer opdraven met een collega na een diefstal en een zoektocht naar verloren goederen. Maar we werden met alle hartelijkheid en toegankelijkheid behandeld. Dat is klasse: klaar staan voor gasten, ook wanneer het allemaal anders verloopt dan normaal.
