"This property is as advertised and great for RVs who want to be near the beach without the RV park! There is another site next door but we didn't know they were there with the site setup and space. The owners were great and super nice and friendly and we got to meet them by chance at the end of our trip. The pavilion, fire pit and sandlot on the site are perfect touches! Would definitely recommend! Great find!"

"This is a great location with just a short easy walk to the beach! The only downside is that it is very tight to maneuver into the lot from Cancun drive which is a one lane road with a white fence running right down the left side of it and a light/electricity pole on the right to maneuver between while backing/turning in.
