"The staff treated me so well. Working with me even with a language barrier. After a few weeks of the Tokyo and Osaka life, that place was a slice of heaven, my only regret was not staying longer. "This hotel is located in the heart of Nagoya, called Sakae. If you come by metro, Sakae station has two lines that are connected. If you come by bus, there is a big terminal in Oasis21, which is about 5-7 minutes by foot to the hotel. The venue is modern, clean, well-provided and the staff is very courteous and willing to help as much as possible. My room was very well maintained, clean, with a lot of useful amenities. Highly recommanded hotel if you have business or leisure in Sakae, or if you want to connect with other parts of the City of Nagoya!"

"We loved this hotel. Things to keep in mind: no one speaks English and their entire room service is only in Japanese. The location is in the middle of nowhere, and it’s a little bit of a walk to a bus station, so we personally used uber. But the amenities made it worth it. Our private onsen was stunning. It was spacious, relaxing and so nice after traveling all day. The food was delicious as well! Normally you’d think hotel room service will be subpar but their menu is huge! And they delivered breakfast to our door every morning which is a nice treat before adventures. I personally would only get a suite room here for the extreme value and experience. It’s spacious and clean. The beds are extremely firm, though, so beware if that’s not your preference. All in all, we will stay here again. As long as you’re okay with Ubers and being away from a lot of big locations (Legoland, etc)."
