"Spacious rooms, clean, lighting could be improved, very dark for applying make-up and disappointed there was no room service available when the description states there is…..I only choose hotels with room service available. Room 44 is quite noisy so take earbuds if you’re disturbed easily in the night."

"We love this property because of its proximity to and view of the train station. This time we got a room with a view - thoroughly enjoyed that as the sky changed from afternoon sun to dusk to dark to morning sun! The breakfast buffet is not great and both times we've stayed here the checkin process has been quite lengthy - I think we were in line about 40 minutes this time."

"Great central location but couple of issues - lights in bathroom didn't work, there was a massive ridge in the middle of the floor (trip hazard) & the fridge was not working - in fact it was running very hot & there was a burning smell in the unit (plastic was warping inside fridge around light) - a clear fire risk. When informed Smartflats simply thanked us for the info & made no attempt. to remedy or compensate. Poor service as we rented the apartment to prepare our own food & were limited....
