Worst hotel experience

The check in was very slow, and the checkout queue was outrageously long and they're obviously understaffed. They should have an express check out box for customers who already paid everything. I called the reception to ask a question and was put on hold forever. One of the cups in my room was not clean and saw a MOUSE in the lobby late at night. I never leave bad reviews but really feel I have to this time!

Very nice and serene

Nice quiet and within reach to all amenities, town central, railway, shopping, boardwalks etc. I ate out with friends but I would believe the food is amazing as the breakfast was very good.

Lindner hotel was een mooi hotel vlak bij het centraal station in Antwerpen. Keurige ontvangst en early check in. Kamer met stadslicht was erg mooi, schoon en ruim. Ontbijt was prima (maar af en toe waren ze iets laat met aanvullen) met ruime keuze, goede koffie, jus d’orange en prosecco. Twee punten van aandacht. Als je van tussentijdse kamerschoonmaak afziet, krijg je een drankje in de bar. Goed initiatief. Maar je moet je drankje wel op een bepaalde tijd ophalen, anders verloopt je voucher. En de hapjes in de bar zijn wel heel erg klein voor wat je ervoor betaalt.

However, our room had a noticeable damp smell, and despite informing the reception, no action was taken. This was disappointing, especially considering the standards expected from a Hyatt property.

We hadden kamer 1020 met mooi uitzicht over de stad.De parkeergarage bevindt zich onder het hotel en is een heel stuk voordeliger, als je hem van tevoren reserveert. De kamer was netjes en schoon, maar vrij standaard. Wel stond er een welkomstlekkernij en elke dag een flesje water. Het kingsizebed (waar bén je? :-)) was goed om te slapen, maar voor andere activiteiten wat aan de zachte kant... Komt jammer geoeg vaker voor in hotels. Het ontbijt vindt plaats in een ruim, licht restaurant en biedt alles wat je je maar kunt wensen aan heerlijke broodsoorten, vers fruit, vis en vlees, sap en zelfs een glaasje cava... De dames van de receptie tenslotte waren gastvrij en oplossingsgericht. En gaven nog een tip voor een leuke fietstocht onder de Schelde door en met de veerboot terug naar de stad.Dank daarvoor!
