"The hotel was beautiful & exceptional. Front desk staff was excellent. BUT when we went to eat breakfast, there was a female staff member with all gray hair in her 50’s and she was EXTREMELY RUDE, i asked her a question and she didn’t bother replying she had an angry face and only gestured for me to give her my plate. Management please talk to her because that attitude she was giving off was unacceptable in such a fine place. I’m bilingual, and probably her same race, so that was definitely not the problem. "

"Staff was excellent. Reception was great, I arrived before check in time and they were courteous and understanding, and checked me in without a problem The only issue was that the light to the sinnk are was not working and there was a leack in the shower that kept me up all night. "

"Great place to stay with pets. We chose this place because of the price and it was pet friendly with no extra fees and it did not disappoint. It was a great location. No nonsense room with minimal amenities but that was what we expected for the price. Will definitely use again if we need another place in Austin with our doggies. "
