All staff were professional and easy to deal with including the housekeeping ladies. The restaurant on site served great food and their staff were also very friendly and eager to please. We will make future reservations with this hotel!

The staff of this hotel in Antigonish, NS was very helpful. They supplied a step stool to help my wife get into bed. The breakfast was good with basic breakfast food such as eggs and bacon and waffles. There was a restaurant on the premises for dinner providing a good selection of choices. I stayed at this same hotel on the way to Cape Breton island and on the the way home.

Its cleanliness and the fact that it close to all the amenities: it's right beside the Antigonish Mall and 15 min walking distance from the downtown - makes it another reason why Claymore Inn is a GREAT place to stay! A big bonus for me was that there is a coin operated laundry available. You do have to go to the desk for the key and you have to reserve a time because there are long-term guests on the first floor who use the laundry regularly.

FYI: The facility is older so doesn’t show as nice as the newer hotels but the rooms worked for our purposes, the hotel was accommodating with our requests and the breakfast voucher was great! Overall we would stay there again

Their doors lock early after supper, I knew I would be late on arrival, and after calling ahead, they made certain that someone was there to get me checked in and settled into my suite. It was clean & comfortable with ease of access to everything. It was great.
