"Stayed for a week while visiting family in local area. Check-in and orientation and check out could not have been easier or more friendly. Wonderful accommodation had everything you can need, walk out the door into the water, salt water hot tub was fabulous, easy to obtain and use kayaks, couple of minutes from 31km rails to trails that is beautiful, area and surroundings are beautiful and convenient to everything in the area, and the staff were totally wonderful. "We really enjoyed our stay, especially how beautiful the property is. Sitting in the window of the cottage, watching the views with coffee, was exactly what we needed. We can’t wait to get back again throughout the summer months, but recommend booking a cottage at any time of year. "

"Cottage is quite old, architecturally interesting but so much dust and dirt in the upstairs loft - layers of dust on the ceiling fan blades they weren’t safe to turn on and cobwebs hanging from all the wooden beams, staff were very nice and helpful/attentive. We paid for the hot tub but sadly there was too much debris in it to feel safe. "
