"This is a cute apartment, but unfortunately the online listing did not mention that there are multiple young children living above. I totally understand kids make noises- I just wish it was mentioned in the listing. The sounds of footsteps are quite heavy and the children’s voices echo a fair bit. The temperature of the apartment is also not controllable, so it was quite chilly because it was a rainy weekend. "

"The property is beautiful and in a perfect spot for exploring downtown Halifax. Tons of good restaurants within a block of the front door. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Halifax. "

"LOVE the back yard. Love that you can sit in the sun OR in the shade, both are available. REALLY enjoyed the paddle boat and walking around the neighbourhood and doing yoga outside. The area is absolutely beautiful."
