This recently updated house offers an open floor plan, great for entertaining, with refinished original hardwood, a brand-new kitchen furnished with new appliances and quartz countertops, and updated bathroom. It is steps from Kerrytown and the farmer's market, blocks from U of M hospital and all that downtown Ann Arbor has to offer, and only a short one mile walk to the Big House.
