Located on Morton street and abutting Phillips Academy Campus is a renovated 3 bedroom condo in historical area of Andover. One block away from dining and shopping, and steps to Phillips Academy... Open concept living room and kitchen as you enter with fluted columns. also on the first floor is a dining area , two bedroom and a full bath with Jacuzzi tub. Laundry area also near full bath. On the second floor is a spacious master bedroom with its own bathroom .

Great place for a PA reunion!
This house was perfect for our PA reunion. It’s spacious, clean, and the location was ideal. David was helpful and communicative. If we come back for the next one, I will absolutely rent this house again.
