The townhouse had plenty of space for our large family who came to celebrate our son's graduation from Northeastern University. Just wish the towels were ready and set in the bathrooms and instructions left on what to do with used towels and if the garbage should have been taken out. Basement was stinky. "Very cute spot! Lake was beautiful. Close for Ubering to and from Salem which is why we were there. There seemed to be a miscommunication on allowing us to check in early, however, bc when we arrived dirty towels were still in a pile on the bathroom and the bed sheets were used. Not a huge deal, we stripped the bed ourselves and added new sheets and cleaning crew came around 45 minutes before “normal” check in and did the rest. "My husband and I had a wonderful first visit to the Boston area, and staying at this VRBO was a large part of the joy. Francie and Bob have thought of every little detail and made the place feel like home. Plenty of natural light, soft and warm blankets and the coziest furniture. They even have a binder full of instructions and recommendations at the ready. And the space was even more spacious than it looked in photos. It was a delightful stay and we hope to come back soon."
