"Absolutely beautiful hotel in a lovely area. Sadly lacking a vanity kit in the bathroom eg no shower caps or ear buds, that type of thing. Fabulous breakfast too. Would highly recommend."

"The staff was wonderful, the room was clean, and the breakfast was great. I will say that it was very noisy, as it’s on a very busy street, and unfortunately, they were very loud guests across from us on the last night. Also, keep in mind that this is not an upscale hotel, it is a sweet local property that is away from the center of town in a busy area with lots of automotive shops (they do oil changes right in street). The price obviously cannot be beat, and we felt safe in the area, but it did take a little while to get to the old town. But I’d stay again for sure!"

"This hotel was completely misrepresented online. There is no spa, no sauna, no spa, no breakfast, no restaurant. The suite was dirty, there were no towels, no shampoo, conditioner or body wash, no hot water in the shower and there was standing water in it when we went to turn it on. The sink would not drain. The jacuzzi tub took over 40 mins to fill after we got hot water. Then it would not turn on, once we got someone to help us turn it on (they had to go downstairs and turn on a breaker) the water shot out tons of black stuff from the jets. We sent multiple messages asking for help and they simply quit responding. Then there was a huge party on the first floor that was so loud we could here it with clarity from our third floor room with the door closed; this went on well past midnight and we had to get up and leave for an excursion at 3:30 AM. This was a horrible experience and I'm completely disappointed with how grossly misrepresented it is online. "

"We had a wonderful stay. The staff were amazing and very friendly. If we return to Cusco, we would absolutely stay there again."

"Staff was rude. Took days for them to move me to a different room because the first one had broken pipes. The second room had no jacuzzi and no A/C. They offered no discount or refund for the difference. There are also bugs in the bed. "

"I had to leave in the early morning and the host unlocked the doors for me. I realized that in an emergency I would not have been able to get out of the building. There were many locks on the doors. Otherwise it was a safe place to stay, perfect for walking to the airport in 5 minutes. The hosts were very lovely and kind. "
