As two females traveling we did not feel safe. We switched hotels right after check in. It is much too far away from the city center to be safe. Plus the hotel was not clean, the sheets were dirty and nobody spoke English - the check in was rough. Keys which had to be turned in every time you left the hotel were just left on the counter for anyone to take.

The room was dirty. it was very dusty. The towels have stains on them. The white bedding also had stains. The walls within the room were dirty. It was very noisy with car horns, loud music and people randomly screaming. We also had minimal toliet paper and and had to ask for it daily because it wasn't replenished. The was not complimentary soap, shampoo or conditioner provided like most hotels provide. The hotel itself was dark not well lighting. The bar was not open at all times.

My only issue with the property was the cleanliness, it wasnt cleaned when we arrived. But they did go in and clean it after... needs improvement... also the staff was extremely accomodating and helpful.

The hotel is clean and quiet. The staff are friendly and helpful. They helped us to explore the area, and easy the reaction to the high altitude. The breakfast is not fancy but has everything you need.

I richly enjoyed my stay. The staff made me feel very welcome and attended to all my needs; they even allowed me to rest in one of the rooms after my flight had been canceled and I had returned to the hotel. They were very attentive and friendly.

Aunque las instalaciones son adecuadas, el personal, particularmente el gerente, dejó mucho que desear. Cuando intentamos organizar un tour, fue extremadamente difícil localizarlo debido a que "trabajan" con una agencia de viajes. Esta situación se convirtió en un verdadero inconveniente. Además, el gerente nos ofreció un "desayuno frío" para llevar, con el fin de que no perdiéramos el desayuno incluido si salíamos temprano. Sin embargo, nunca recibimos dicho desayuno, y cuando lo solicitamos, nos respondieron de manera descarada que no lo habían preparado. Tuvimos que insistir y llamar repetidamente para localizar al gerente y solicitar el cambio de toallas. Para colmo, encontramos ropa interior ajena en nuestra habitación, lo que nos hace suponer que la limpieza no es adecuada. Si planeas una estancia de uno o dos días, puede ser aceptable, siempre y cuando no tengas intención de visitar el centro de la ciudad, ya que se encuentra a aproximadamente 30 minutos en taxi y no hay opciones de comida cercanas.
