If you are wanting to stay near "Cusco" the historic plazas this isnt your hotel. Its a 30 minute drive from Plaza de Armas. Other than the location, its a nice hotel.

I richly enjoyed my stay. The staff made me feel very welcome and attended to all my needs; they even allowed me to rest in one of the rooms after my flight had been canceled and I had returned to the hotel. They were very attentive and friendly.

The hotel is clean and quiet. The staff are friendly and helpful. They helped us to explore the area, and easy the reaction to the high altitude. The breakfast is not fancy but has everything you need.

All we want is a nice clean bed,hot water,some good hot coffee for breakfast but this place don’t even have that it was unbelievable they didn’t even have toilet paper,no hat water, no pillows … I will never come back and definitely won’t recommend

I have 3 booking and stay 5 days in total. Front desk staffs are very helpful, but the management arrangement is too bad. They are short of man power, when the front desk staff need to serve another customer and leave the floor, they will lock the front door. This is very safe for customer who stay in the hotel, but not really convenient because sometimes you go out and need to wait the staff back and open the door for you. For the first days, after one people showered, the second people without hot water. Need to wait another hour to get hot water. The second day at 5pm no hot water to shower, staff said he just TURN ON for hot water. that’s mean hot water showers are not for 24 hours until he turn in the hot water tank. We join two days local tours, check out and check in again. When we check in to other rooms, there are no pillows case and towels. Staff said not enough because the laundry not yet come back. We wait for almost one hour still not ready. My daughter left her lovely dress on the bed and check out in day 1. Staff help to found it in day 3 surprisingly. Thank you ! I stay in 5th floor, some noisy form pool table in upper floor. 2 quuen beds room still not too bad. King size bed room face to the street was too noisy. Location is closer to airport, around 13 minutes, but there are only very few options for the restaurant near by. No money exchange of ATM within 10km. I will stay in central if I come again next time. Better for shopping & restaurants.

Overall the hotel seems to be fairly new, however some members of the staff seems to be fairly new and inexperienced. The hotel is an echo friendly hotel, which is great, however some times the light remains off after some heavy waving. On one night hot water was not working and it turns out the water heater was off.

As two females traveling we did not feel safe. We switched hotels right after check in. It is much too far away from the city center to be safe. Plus the hotel was not clean, the sheets were dirty and nobody spoke English - the check in was rough. Keys which had to be turned in every time you left the hotel were just left on the counter for anyone to take.

The room was dirty. it was very dusty. The towels have stains on them. The white bedding also had stains. The walls within the room were dirty. It was very noisy with car horns, loud music and people randomly screaming. We also had minimal toliet paper and and had to ask for it daily because it wasn't replenished. The was not complimentary soap, shampoo or conditioner provided like most hotels provide. The hotel itself was dark not well lighting. The bar was not open at all times.

Nuestra experiencia fue buena, una habitación amplia y camas cómodas, buena limpieza, desayuno para llevar previo a tours, está alejado de la Plaza de Armas pero un taxi lo resuelve por no más de 15 soles, personal amable!

Totalmente satisfeita!!!

Cama muito confortável, lençóis e travesseiros bem limpos e confortáveis, eles tem serviço de lavanderia, portanto recebi minhas roupas bem limpinhas e cheirosas, café da manhã simples, com a vista para as montanhas , cadeiras e poltronas confortáveis , tem sala de jogos(sinuca e tênis de mesa) , atendimento muito bom, um dia pedi um prato do cardápio para o jantar, e veio muito lindo, senti capricho e carinho no prato, eu amei, bem em frente tem uma feira de artesanato, com preços bem acessíveis, a localização é meio ruim, porém, o ônibus passa bem em frente , pagando somente 1 sol peruano. Em outra oportunidade, voltando ao Peru, penso em me hospedar novamente lá. 🙏.
