Built in 2023 and newly furnished, this upscale home is the perfect base for your Alaskan adventure. Step inside and discover an open, airy feel with soaring ceilings and 8-foot doors on the main floor. You'll be ideally located near some of Alaska's best hiking and biking trails, along with convenient shopping and delicious dining options.

As you step inside this two-story home, you'll immediately discover a spacious great room. It's designed for relaxation, featuring a brand new, comfy, modern sofa perfectly positioned to enjoy the gas fireplace and large TV with Amazon Firestick and access to streaming all your favorite shows. Adjacent to this inviting space, you'll find a four-person dining table and a gourmet kitchen complete with an island, plus a convenient half bath on this level. Upstairs, a full-size washer and dryer are tucked away in a dedicated closet, easily accessible to the two bedrooms. These bedrooms offer comfortable sleeping arrangements with a queen-size bed in one and a full-size bed in the other, both equipped with TVs and Firesticks for your entertainment. The upstairs also includes a full bathroom with dual sinks.
