"Quaint spot, great location. The office closed at 9pm, which we were unaware of, but thankfully the front desk called to let us know and we were able to make it to check in before they closed. The room was fine, but the materials for our coffee had already been opened (straws, napkins, etc) and appeared dirty... The only other real complaint would be the ice machine - it appeared as though the machine was rusting so there were large chunks of rust in the ice. For the price, in comparison to other spots in the area, it was a fine stay, but some of the hygiene and upkeep could have been better."

"The hotel is beautiful! Love the decor in the lobby/bar area! The staff were so friendly and helpful with all of our questions! Our room was two queen comfortable beds! The bathroom was a good size with nice toiletries! The hotel is very close to St. Augustine historic district! Close location to everything we did!"

"Parking was plentiful. The area was safe and lit. The room was clean as was the bed and linens. The property is old and dated. Some of the outside hallways looked to be in a little rough shape. The city itself could use some more care to it for the historical place it is."

Lovely interior design, great view, quiet location, comfortable beds, great kitchen, full of necessities and amenities, fun outdoor equipment and soooo much space. Great for family or friend get-togethers. Worth every penny and the hostess responded immediately to my various inquiries each time which was priceless. "

"The pool and rooftop deck were really nice. A bit of a walk around to the back of the property, and by the main house rental. We were fortunate that we were alone until our second to last day. The kitchen could’ve been better in terms of pots and pans that were decent to use for cooking. Most people probably don’t plan on doing much cooking on vacation, but we have special diets and do a lot of our own cooking. Kitchen is tiny. But nice place overall. Proximity is awesome if you’re a walker, like we are. We walked everywhere and never had to use the car except to go to the beach. It really is a one and a half bedroom place. It’s more of a studio, with a bedroom upstairs."

"The property was very clean. The rooms were replenished and tidied daily. The day time staff were very nice and would greet you. The night time staff would get you what you needed but seemed to prefer not to speak unless prompted. The rooms were quiet but very compact. I didn't love the sliding bathroom door for privacy reasons. I'm not sure about all of the beds, but our bed was not comfortable at all. I almost asked if we could have our room changed just because the bed was so uncomfortable. Again, this could have just been the bed in our room because most guest reviews show good reviews for the bed. The breakfast was good and a different selection each day that we were there. Overall good experience."
