"The staff was nice and professional. They have nice pool area but it is small, the gym was nice also. There was no business center with printer etc. but they did offer a computer. We didn’t try breakfast but it was always full. Close to historic area very walkable. "

"We had a great stay at the Blue Heron. We brought extended family and our dog. The property was roomy and comfortable for all of us. There was enough room in the driveway for two cars, and space in the garage as well.The best feature of this home is the outdoor space, especially the pool and the pool house with lounge chairs and a TV. Our dog loved the yard and all the gekkos and squirrels. The pool is on the smaller side, but was roomy enough to hold four adults and a toddler at one time. There were a lot of pool floats in the garage and behind the pool house, as well as a ton of beach chairs. On previous visits to Florida, we've had to rent or purchase those, so this was a nice bonus. We especially loved the location--only 5 minutes to get across the bridge and into historic St. Augustine, and 15 minutes or less to get to 5 different beaches! We did have a couple of minor issues, but the owner addressed them immediately. They are VERY responsive. We hope to visit again in the future."

"The entrance has a smart digital key at entrance to home. A pin is supplied but one cannot enter until the exact check in time. Although we knew the exact check in time, we did not realize how strictly it was enforced and stood in the rain trying to figure it out at 3:40 pm. thinking we were doing something wrong. Best if we had known we could not enter until 4 p.m. exactly. Host helped us. Lovely home, great location, quiet street and everything worked!"
