Great house
We had a wonderful stay. Everything was as listed. Stayed with 19 people family and friends. Plenty of space to socialize and enjoy alone time as needed. Kids loved the bunk bed rooms and pool.

Awesome vacation home to stay
The home was wonderful, but city regulations hindered our ability to fully enjoy it. With a packed schedule of theme park visits, we were disappointed that the pool was off-limits due to these restrictions. Fortunately, we managed to carve out half a day to finally relish in the comforts of home.

Suit Bros Orange County, CA lodging
Very nice and beautiful property that we enjoy to spend a few nights when we're in town doing our Suit Bros' suit sale nearby. Good communication with host and her team. They guided you all the way until you check out. Very long list of rules you have to read and follow, seems that the neighborhood and the city rule many things for rental property. I am sure that is necessary to keep things in order. We wish we had more time to enjoy all the amazing amenities provided. We'd be happy to return again should our business brings us back to Anaheim, or Orange County, CA.

House was good overall but does need repair’s Leaking gutters, flooring, tile repair in spa, leaking roof, overall cleaning was fare, toilet in one bedroom is leaking at the flange seal, pool table is well worn, garbage can, where full from previous rental, dish washer is old and leaves residue on dishes, Clothes dryer takes for ever to dry anything

Wonderful home
The company was so easy to work with and the home was wonderful. Plenty of space and beds and bathrooms. Everyone comminctaed very well and we felt very comfortable during our stay. It’s a quick drive to Disneyland. Will definitely stay here again when we come back.

Great base for Disney!
This house was perfect for our family group! Loved having the rooms en suite, the kitchen was well appointed, and the location was easy to reach the park. Down sides is that the house had some wear and tear problems (washer was broken; replaced as soon as it was reported) and that there isn’t a ton of common space for hanging out. We enjoyed our stay and will likely return!

Great House for our New Years vacation!
This location was great for our family vacation. We did a day in Hollywood, then Disneyland for a couple days (very short drive). And lastly a night at Long Beach to bring in the New Year! We loved how convenient this location was to everything!

A home away from home!
We LOVED staying at this place ! Super clean home and It was a home away from home! I mean we were so so comfortable. Minutes away from Disneyland and other places. Relaxing Staycation
Have to admit that I was worried about staying at this house with all the restrictions, I felt they were kind of pushing it with a lot of the house rules such as NO ONE OUTSIDE AT 10 to 7 but it was a very clean and relaxing house. They had majority of are necessities, I loved how they were very detailed in the guidebook that was really helpful. However, I do recommend bring mosquitos spray Anaheim had a lot of mosquitos in the area, so that wasn't great but other than that we enjoyed I stay.

Great home for a group trip…needs a little love
The Good: •Extremely detailed electronic packet with inventory of everything available •Ample room for a group of 9 adults and one child - we never felt like we were stepping over each other! The rooms/beds and bathrooms were spacious! •Close to Disney/other OC points of interest The Bad: •The outside areas, especially by the pool, was on the unkempt side •We had issues with the spa turning on/off properly. We were also bitten up by mosquitos - so bring citronella candles/bug spray! •The floors were definitely not cleaned/mopped - our feet were all black - our group culturally does not wear shoes in the house •The furniture was very old - the dining chairs had holes in them that everyone sunk into, some of the beds were old, and the sofa definitely needs to be replaced. It made meals generally uncomfortable. •The washer/dryer were both on the fritz and needs a lot of maintenance •The room in the back with the floral bedding and the two showers was very hot until the maintenance team swapped the air filters. •The “game room” aka converted detached garage is not an area anyone should be in when it’s hot outside. There’s NO AC! Overall, I would recommend this for a group trip and it checked the boxes, but the place is a bit on the rundown side and needs better upkeep. Also, just as a general warning to all who plan to stay here, the City of Anaheim has a ton of rules on quiet hours, and there’s an outside noise monitor.

Wonderful for families
This property had it all - many rooms, each with their own TV and bathrooms for almost all the bedrooms. Nice kitchen and plenty of silverware and dishes for large families/groups (10-15). The pool was a fantastic addition, as was the large outdoor gathering area with a couple of tables that can accomodate the entire clan.

Comfortable place in a convenient location
We had a friends outing to Disney planned, with time budgeted to simply hang out at the house and play games. The property was spacious with plenty of bed space and bathrooms, and very easy to get to Disneyland. Kitchen was super well stocked, beds were very comfy, and host was very communicative, including helping with a left behind item. The one downside is the draconian Anaheim city ordinances about sound after dark -- hard to enjoy the benefit of the beautiful tub and pool when even a sotto voce outdoor conversation, not audible from the adjacent room on the property, is a risk of violation. Probably not an issue for early sleepers or groups with kids, and not the fault of the property owners, but something to keep in mind if your trip includes hanging out in the later evenings.

Very BIG house, rooms were big and just a great place to stay. We couldn't get the spa to work, but will say they did their best to fix it. Won't knock them for that because it happens and I totally understand. Kids still used the pool. Would totally stay again!!

GA Family Cali Trip 2022
Overall the property met the expectation and worked out wonderful for our family of 19. We were gone out most days and arrived late evening./nigh time so didn't get to experience the pool and outside much. The only day we experienced the outside was July 4th and my niece and her husband who lives in California came over to visit. They parked in the parking space on the street outside of the house without my knowing being that I was in the pool area and yes I got a call stating that the neighbors had complained we parked on the street and were having a party. I had already informed all guest not to park on the street so I immediately address the concern when got the call and the car was pulled in driveway.. What I didn't like was the neighbors reporting a complaint that we were having a party as well is what I was told when the gentleman called me. It's impossible to have 4 kids and 15 adults in 1 place at one time without having some noise especially in the pool area outside, but we were not overly loud and it was in the daytime before 6pm. I communicated that to the gentleman that called and we had no other complaints. I will report that the City of Anaheim rules and laws are stressed and posted everywhere; however, it appears that only the tenants in this rental property have to adhere to them. We heard fireworks all night on July 4th and after 10pm the previous 3 nights and the overall after 10pm noise ordinance as not followed by the residents within the neighborhood and we never saw the police patrolling or enforcing any of the laws. Again overall, it was a great trip and the home served my family well and we enjoyed it and would rent it again.

Fantastic property. Clean and very accessible. Did receive a few noise complaints which was more of just us getting out of our car and entering the house past 9pm being a bit "loud". Thought that was extremely strict and unfair but in the end it didn't adversely impact our experience.

Good property, great location
Easy check in and out. Clean property. Lots of kitchen amenities/appliances which was very helpful. Shampoo/conditioner/body wash and hand soap provided in every bathroom, nice touch. Plenty of pool towels to use, which was wonderful. Plenty of blankets and pillows for our group. The bed with the bathroom with a shower and a separate tub/shower combo has a very uncomfortable bed. The rest of the beds we heard were very comfortable. Good central location. Pool was relaxing, small area but well kept. Nice size and beautiful yard. Game room is nice but some tables were broken/not working and it was very warm in there with no air conditioning. Some cornhole boards and/or bocce would be a nice addition for things to do outside. Noise rules a bit extreme. People at other houses were outside well past 10pm and way before 9am. Bummer we couldn't use the game room after 10pm. The couch and fabric dining chairs are very worn and need reuphokstered desperately. The same dining room chairs need repaired as well. You sink right down and feel as though you are going to break them. Oven and dishwasher are not that good. Dishwasher doesn't wash dishes appropriately and oven takes much longer to cook in. All and all a great stay. We would consider staying again. Jeff was responsive and very helpful.

This house was perfectly set up for our group of 10 ranging in ages from 5 - 85. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool and game room and a few of the adults got to relax in the pool as well. It was wonderful they provided an abundance of beach towels. The spacious and well stocked kitchen was ideal to prepare meals for our gang. And Six of the bedrooms had their own bathroom each with a large shower. Ahhhhh :) Overall, wonderful stay.

Disneyland Family Trip
Surprisingly excellent. On arrival the house seemed modest from the road but the layout was amazing for our family of 19. Yes 19!! And our 3 minivan rentals. The bedrooms were more than adequate size and ensuites were spacious. Kitchen layout worked well. And the pool was mainly sheltered from the wind which was cool. The weather was only 65-75 at most. We would do it again.

When we arrived there were six blankets stuffed in the dryer. We had to separate them and dry them in three different loads it ended up making the house smell a little musty for a day or so. Also one of the master bedrooms beds is falling apart and every time you rolled over it was very very noisy quite annoying. Outside furniture could use a good cleaning and the barbeque before it guests arrive

Nice Big House in a good area
We really like the house in a quite neighborhood. Our stay was vey enjoyable. Kitchen had all the pots and pans you can think of. One thing this house needs to upgrade is mattress in a few rooms and dining table chairs cushions. Once this is upgraded or replaced I recommend this house.

House was big, furniture was ok. Beds not that comfortable. Due to 2 cars on the street I got a nasty call from the property manager. Very rude since then we felt extremely uncomfortable. We rented this house to spend family time and it created anxiety not knowing we were going to get kicked out since property manager threat us to do so. Too many things to do after a stay. Clean this clean that. Wash this wash that. Honestly don’t recommend renting this property nor from this company EVER if you want to enjoy your vacations.

We have spoken to the property manager and apologize for the way he talked to you. The City of Anaheim allows no street parking for any vacation home. You were aware of this per your agreement and a posting in the house. The driveway allows for 4-5 cars, so there should have been no reason for parking on the street. We ask that you follow the City rules you agreed to, and you won't have any issues.

Overall is 8 out of 10 The bad: What needs to be done immediately is a deep cleanliness of the property, as in there is chunks of dust behind the nightstands. Also, the furniture I guess is already 20 years old, chairs and living room need an immediate replace. We took out a sofa bed since it had a whole with spider webs on the bottom. We stayed (3 adults) half an hour after 10pm using our spa voice and the next day the jacuzzi was turned down. They have a camera facing the jacuzzi which is ok, but we were bearly making a sound, you won't be able to relax outside after a long day at Disney. The good: Location is perfect if you're going to Disney, neighborhood is nice. Target, Walmart, etc. are nearby, 2-5 minute drive. House is 25-35 minute drive form LAX. House is one floor but big enough for 15 children and adults. Kitchen is well equipped. Pool is right next to what I would say is the master bedroom, it's not nearside the garden but it doesn't matter. Jacuzzi gets to a nice temperature in 10 minutes, pretty quick. They have a little book with all the instructions and emergency contacts which was useful and nice. If they cut the grass, do a deep clean and replace furniture house is 10/10.

Save your money and stay elsewhere. This place offers many rooms for large groups of guests and is spacious which is great but so many things in this place are non functional. The furniture, including most importantly the beds, are extremely outdated causing pain to those of us coming from long days at Disney and wanting to rest. Appliances and amenities are also outdated and so many things didn’t work: the coffee maker leaked; the tea kettle had rust in it; the toaster had a piece of old bread in it; the clothing dryer does not work properly; some of the sinks are backed up; you aren't allowed to turn the AC below 70-ish degrees; the garbage disposal is null since you can't put food down it; the TV's were confusing to use and the living room one was stuck on one channel. Most of the bed frames in the house are falling apart. The biggest concern was that the largest bed in the largest room in the house broke on the first day. Two of our guests sat on the bed for a few minutes and fell into the bed and almost hit their heads on the head board. We texted the property manager to let her know about the broken bed, after a slow response she said to message the facilities manager. He read our messages but never responded. We were down one large room and bed and received nothing from the host/manager or any way to fix this issue. The house really needs to be updated and is not very clean. In one of the showers we found hairs from previous guests on the walls. The vents really need to be dusted and the whole house over all needs a good touch up because there is water damage on the ceilings, in the outdoor/indoor sunroom the window trim is literally melting/falling off. The tile around the hot tub and pool is poorly installed and there were broken tiles that could result in bodily injury. There is also a hole in the closet of the bedroom with the alarm to the pool that has exposed wires. And the side gate to the pool is unlocked so kids could easily access the pool if they are mischievous. It is a legal requirement in California to have security measures at all points of access to a pool. There are many rules to stay here and cameras watching you, which we complied with so that we could be respectful to the neighborhood. We travelled with small children and a pregnant woman and this place was falsely advertised for us to feel that this would be a perfect place for us. Given what you are paying for the listed issues could easily be addressed and fixed.

Great house, fun backyard
This is a huge house perfect for a large group. We had 17 people, and everybody stayed comfortably. The back yard was perfect, with a pool, hot tub, ping pong, and more. Anaheim is very strict on rules, which was a little annoying, but once we understood all the rules, it was fine. Overall the property was great.

The pros were the pool/spa and the clean bathrooms. My kids loved the pool. The outdoor BBQ area was very nice. The cons were the beds/chairs. There’s no support and most need to be replace. The driveway is narrow making accessing parked cars very inconvenient.

Great family vacation spot
Great family vacation spot! Lots of rooms but the layout was such that you still had a sense of privacy. Kitchen was big enough that we could cook together and not be in each others way. Small area around pool but the shallow entry area gave more room to 'lounge' so it all worked.

Four day family Disneyland trip
The house was great. Exactly as promised. Only complaint is I wish we were told how to find the hidden switch to the spa, it’s kind of one of those things you need to ask and be told exactly where it is. Also our last day there was a power outage. Because we have little ones we ended up packing up and leaving early because we didn’t want to be without power at night. This wasn’t the owners fault just one of those inconvenience things that happened. Would of been cool to be refunded a little money for that last night since we weren’t there but that’s ok. Every bed in the house was comfortable. The couches need replacing very soon but that’s about it :)

Amazing!
The house was amazing! The pictures do not do the place justice. Everything was included. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need. Did I mention the house was amazing. It fit our family perfectly. The neighborhood looked questionable at first, but the house is on a quiet cul-de-sac. The rules were so scary we were afraid to breathe but it was understandable. The pool is literally feet from one neighbor so we were afraid to laugh too loud. The yard was way bigger than the pictures they have and separate from the pool area. You could play a full soccer game and game room were perfect. I would stay here ever year. The hardest part is picking which of the rooms you want. Plus they had a Christmas tree there so we didn't have to buy one. So thoughtful. We had 5 sets of family members -my parents and 4 siblings(not an excuse but we all got tested 2 days before we went) Only concern: It's been almost 2 weeks and we haven't heard back about our $500 deposit and they haven't responded to my emails. If they plan on keeping it they should at least let us know.
