"This is the 3rd time staying there over an 8 year span. Have not seen any improvements. It is looking a little run down. They no longer provide continental breakfast. It’s seems after Covid they never brought that extra back. Now you need to pay to park your car. Considering we paid to stay there why not include parking? I can say more BUT, we hardly stayed in the room because we were at Disneyland most of the time. So even though there were things that we didn’t care for, we had a shower and bed to sleep in for a few hours each day. 😁"

"Everything was good accept the room was not ready on time and when you have three kids, it creates problems. The front desk guy put our family in a handicap room with no bathtub. I reserved a regular room. The front desk guy argued with me because he said the handicap room did have a bathtub when in reality it didn't. A lack of accountability and a lack of knowledge of the hotel room layouts should be addressed my management."

"Breakfast was amazing. It was always warm and delicious. The cleaning lady at our table was so kind anf greeting us every morning. The ladybwho cleaned our room was also so kind and understanding. We were still in our room and she said she would be back. I was worried we missed the opportunity to but she indeed returned and left it very clean."

"We had a wonderful stay at The Viv Hotel in Anaheim! The staff was incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Their kindness and willingness to help made our stay so much more enjoyable. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. very chic, modern, and spotless. Every area was clean and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere felt both luxurious and welcoming. We also absolutely loved the rooftop!! It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the views. The restaurant was fantastic as well, with delicious food and a great atmosphere. Every part of our experience exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Anaheim!"
