Staff were welcoming. I was afforded an early check-in due to my hotel membership. Good sized well appointed room. I had a view of Utrecht and canal form my room. Hotel is well located.

The second bathroom on the family room of 5 needed an in depth cleaning; I didn’t address with the hotel. The staff was courteous, hotel was good, great location, beds were a bit hard, but seems to be an European standard.

It was great . Perfect room . However no fridge and no concierge to help with bags to the room . The tv was also quite low , even on the highest volume . However best sleep at the bedding is amazing.
