"Lovely stay, wonderful staff, one gap worth knowing We had a genuinely good stay at Click Riad. The staff were a highlight — warm, always smiling, and consistently helpful throughout. One particular touch stood out: we had an early 7:30am departure one morning, and even though breakfast normally starts later, the staff prepared it early for us at 7am without any fuss. Small gesture, much appreciated by us. The property itself is lovely — great atmosphere, well looked after, and a genuinely pleasant place to come back to each evening. One thing worth flagging: the listing mentions a great view from the rooftop, but there was no view at all when we were up there. Separately, the room was on the smaller side (our fault as we should have checked more closely before booking) - just worth highlighting for future guests before booking. Everything else was great, and the staff in particular made the stay memorable. Would recommend."

"We had the most wonderful stay at Park Hyatt Marrakech for our babymoon. From the moment we arrived, everyone we met genuinely went out of their way to make our stay as special and comfortable as possible. The breakfast team deserve a particular mention — they were incredibly kind, thoughtful and attentive every morning, and made us feel so well looked after. The whole team took such care with the little details, from daily gifts and thoughtful surprises to providing pregnancy pillows and making sure I was comfortable throughout our stay. It was this level of genuine care and attention that made our babymoon so memorable. We felt incredibly looked after from start to finish and are very grateful to the entire team for making such a special trip even more special. We would absolutely love to return."

"We had a lovely stay at Riad El Perroquet Bleu! The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond during our stay. They helped us order food to our room, communicated with drivers when needed, and helped us with directions and getting around. The riad itself was beautiful and clean, and we really loved that our floor had its own outdoor sitting area. We ended up having most of our meals there, which made the stay feel really relaxing and homey. The location was also convenient and felt safe. It’s in a residential area, which we actually enjoyed as it felt a little more peaceful away from the busier tourist areas. One small thing to note is that you have to leave your room key with the staff whenever you leave the riad. It wasn’t an issue for us at all, but it’s good to know beforehand. The rooms can also be slightly noisy because the walls are quite thin, but I think that’s part of the experience of staying in a traditional riad. We also had to leave early one morning, and even though we told them it was completely fine and we could manage without breakfast, they kindly packed us breakfast to take with us anyway. Such a thoughtful gesture! Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and especially appreciated how welcoming and helpful the staff were. Would definitely recommend staying here if you want a beautiful, clean and comfortable riad with genuinely kind service."

If I were to point something out—not as a criticism, but as a suggestion for improvement—it would be this: we were visiting a very hot country, so the rooms really ought to have a mini-fridge, or at least an ice machine on the site, so guests can keep their drinks or water cold. Otherwise, we highly recommend it. Thank you."

"Staying at a Riad is different than staying at a hotel in case anyone isn’t sure - but I highly recommend! Riad Syba had AMAZING staff - Mustafa & Zakaria (along with the amazing women working behind the scenes) made the experience so lovely. It’s a humble stay in a neighbourhood so you are among locals more than tourists, which I personally loved. You have a little supermarket right next to the Riad for water and snacks if you needed it, the Riad is absolutely stunning on the inside truly. The pool is beautiful the decor is beautiful just everything was so pretty. The beds are on the stiffer side, the rooms are equipped with AC units, the bathrooms are spacious, and there is moderate lighting. Breakfast is bread with jams, a crepe sweet or savoury depends on the day, some juice, yogurt, slice of cake, with tea by the pool. The location of the Riad is excellent as its close to almost everything you would need to do tourism wise, however, when booking your transportation anywhere, some taxis/cars have a harder time driving into the street the Riads in, so you would walk out literally less than 2 minutes to get to the road for them to pick you up. You’re provided towels and soap, anything else you would have to have yourself (lotion or shampoo for example). Would stay here again!"
