Property with potential and very helpfull staff.

Nice property at 5km from Medina (Marrakech), but can use some works. Good thing was that they were doing it and I think there's big potential for the future, because villa's were very spacious and well equiped and prices are OK. Service was very good and personnel is very friendly and helpfull and this from poolboy to roomcleaning and in the restaurant and at the counter. This was really a plus. Thank you for that. Nice breakfast and possibility to eat in the villa with roomservice. Prices are OK and choice of food is OK. Only one restaurant on site (another at 1km (golf clubhouse (very nice)) and no shop available. A shop would be nice for buying some stuff for the villa. If you have a car, it's no problem (shops at 5km from the property.) Pool was not heated, so we couldn't use it in this period of the year, but that's in most of the properties, so .... Weather was nice and a very spacious villa, so no worries.

Expedia advertises misleading info regarding this property: property rules and restrictions; there’s no social distance, floors and walls dirty, villa has sewage smell, tv doesn’t work, coach has dirty stains, kitchen has roaches, living room has AC control unit but no AC, units are not vacant 24 hrs. In between occupancy, sales mgr. Ibtisam and her deputy Bergach lack customer service and hospitality ethics, duty mgr. refused to let us check out even so paid his unapproved dues to let us leave without sending maid to count towels which is not listed on Expedia property rules and restrictions —- very very bad property to stay in

Hotel al maaden We first went to al maaden to take a look at this hotel before booking it. It was looking to good to be true on the pictures and specially for the price it was available for for the days we wanted to book We did not want to make the same mistake as we did with el andalous lounge and spa hotel But OMG!!! Astonishing beautiful hotel And place !! A beautiful villa With a private pool. What more could i ask For??? I stayed 4 nights and we really loved it !! The only things that wee less to us was that due to the season ,we could not use the pool like we wanted to !! It was a bit to cold and the pool does not have a heating system for the water As well at night the villa gets really cold inside as well We asked for the fire place to be light up but it did not last even an hour. As well i think that the villa they gave us ,was not one that they rent regularly with visitors It had some mantainance defects. And the main bathroom wie had some loose tiles on the front And specially at night i could not take a warm bath because of the hot water not functioning No hot water coming out of the tube. As well on the second day we came back to the villa and their was a weird smell in the upper master bedroom and corridor Like they use insecticide or a cleaning stuff with a strong smell or chemical That completely annoying Because i an allergic to strong smells like these. I can not tolerate them. As well the spa at al maaden was a bit deceptive to m

Beautiful villa and amazing touches in every aspect possible on the entire resort. Only downfall is there is absolutely nothing to do in the villa, pools are not heated and restaurant was poor. Staff are all amazjng and friendly but lack English speaking skills. Would stay here again during spring and summer but never again during the winter months. 8 out of 10 for me.

Really liked this villa complex, plenty of space in our 2 bed Villa. Air con throughout and lovely super large comfy beds and pillows . Breakfast had plenty of choice and we were offered our eggs cooked fresh in different ways. Only ate once in the evening restaurant, no alcohol , but had room service which was excellent. Best advice , try and stop at a carrefore in Marrikech before arriving to get supplies as no shops near by. Tarik on reception was excellent ,full of good tips and travel advice . Nothing was too much trouble. He organised an excursion to the Atlas Mountains and this was excellent. Pool was too cold for us at end of Oct. Taxis from the hotel to the Madina were between 100 and 250 Diram depending on the wind direction it seemed!

Personnel très accueillant, mais la villa que nous avions été vraiment dans un très mauvais état, fuite d’eau dans la salle de bain qui coulais dans la cuisine qui se trouvais en dessous, fuite d’eau dans les toilettes, pas de lumière dans le jardin, des prises arrachés, bcp d’ampoules cassés, des carreaux de la piscine étaient cassés ( très dangereux pour notre fille de 4 ans) et malheureusement la piscine n’était pas chauffée donc on ne s’est pas baigné alors que le température était de 35 degré. Et pour le room service Du petit déjeuner vraiment décevant on vous apporte un gobelet en carton Avec une touillette en plastique en guise de cuillère, le café arrive froid et si vous en voulez un autre il faut le recommandé au tel sachant qu’il mette au moins 20mn à vous livrer, sans compter le prix par personne de 17€ plus le supplément du room service de 5€ par personne , vraiment Très élevé quant au choix et au service.

Le complexe et la villa dans sa totalité très calme et le standing de la villa est très bien. Ce qui nous a amené dans cette etablissement c’est la confidentialité de chaque villa sans vis à vis avec un jardin et piscine privée avec un service hôtelier correct. Ce qui est décevant c’est que pour un hôtel 5 étoiles le petit déjeuner inclus dans notre séjour est carrément immangeable et avarié nous sommes tombés malade et nous avons déjeuner une seule fois dans la semaine.

Magnifique villa privée immense Mais attention et d ailleurs je vais le signaler auprès des services réclamations d Expedia Car il est noté piscine privée ce qui est tout à fait exact par contre elle n était pas praticable car non chauffée ce qui est dommageable Car cela porte à faux les clients sur le site il n est pas noté quelle est chauffé ni quelle n est pas chauffé je trouve tout a anormal de ne pas l indiqué au moment de la réservation
