"We recently stayed at this property and, unfortunately, it did not meet expectations—especially for the price point. The room itself felt old and dated, and the shower design was particularly frustrating. You have to step inside to turn it on, which is far from ideal when traveling with young kids. Additionally, the walls were quite thin—we could clearly hear our neighbor’s TV throughout our stay. We ordered breakfast to the room one morning, and it was shockingly overpriced at $95 for a very basic meal (kids’ eggs and biscuit with sausage, a Coke, two chocolate milks, and a yogurt). The kids’ breakfast was inedible, though I will say the yogurt was beautifully presented and genuinely good. While some amenities were appealing, there were several disappointments. Charging extra for beach chairs feels unreasonable at this level, and the umbrellas provided were poor quality. The pool deck also lacked cleanliness—there were chicken fingers left on the ground overnight and even someone’s press-on nails left on a table the next day. On the positive side, the location is convenient to nearby restaurants, and there were a few highlights for kids, including the egg hunt, nature center, and mini golf (though the pricing for mini golf was also excessive). Overall, while there are some redeeming qualities, we would not choose to stay here again. It simply did not feel worth the cost."

"I rented this unit with two girlfriends (3 total) for a reunion long weekend. This condo is a perfect location and has amazing east and west facing views. It is up-to-date and very clean. It has a spacious and beautiful kitchen that has everything you need. It also has spacious bedrooms and bathrooms allowing privacy for each guest or set of guests. It also has great closet space (but can use a few more hangers). Perfect for viewing the ocean to the east and the river to the west--just move patios based on sun rising or setting. The west patio is off two of the bedrooms and smaller. Windows all around making it a very light unit. The grounds around the unit are very nice making it a pleasant walk to the pool and the beach. The host was very responsive and kind. Simple instructions for checkin and checkout. I wish we could have stayed longer. I would definitely go back. "

"This condo was perfect for more than 1 reason! Both the sunrise over the Atlantic and sunsets over the river could be seen and the view all around was beautiful. Everything was provided including beach towels and a beach chair… having 3 bathrooms was very helpful for our family to get ready for my grandson’s wedding at Walker’s Landing! We had a great stay and would definitely stay again!"

"We had a wonderful stay in this walk-out condo right on the ocean! It is ideal for dogs and kids, both were fascinated by the tortoises and loved the easy access to the beach and fun multi-use path right out the door. The condo itself was clean and had everything you could think of needing for a beach vacation. The hosts were very accommodating and responsive! We loved it here and hope to come back again. "

Community amenities were huge plus . . bicycle rentals and plenty of bicycle paths, golf cart rentals, putt-putt golf, educational opportunities and plenty of restaurants within community, etc. made this a very easy and laid back vacation . . . grounds and beach views were unbelievably beautiful!
