"Conveniently located near the airport and restaurant options in the area. The room was spacious and clean. There were no bugs, and no loitering in the hall. The hotel was quiet. The Dove products were great options for toiletries. The bed was comfortable, standard soft/firmness. The tv was clear and presented different channel options. The little sofa was available in the room with table. Desk area provided space for laptop and work. The refrigerator was ice cold and the microwave was a great option for leftovers. The shower was hot all the time that we were there. The hotel is conveniently near expressway options for whatever direction you need to go in Jax. The hotel is close to department stores for shopping, a number of fast food restaurants, and grocery store. Lastly, the breakfast was good in the morning. Hot foods, such as pork and turkey sausage, delicious sausage gravy and biscuits, pancakes, eggs and otis spunkmeyer muffins. The cinnamon rolls were delicious along with coffee. I recommend this hotel as a safe, clean, reasonable stay in Jacksonville."

"First let me say Serena helped us check in, she very inviting very pleasant. The room was very clean and very roomy for a hotel room. The staff was great Moqui was there to make drinks at the small bar in the lobby. Price point for what you get is the best the city has to offer. Very close to some great shopping. We have 2 dogs that they accommodated perfectly!!! Will alway choose to stay here in the future. "

"We celebrated an anniversary at the Omni Resort and SPA. The property is beautiful. Please note they are doing some renovations, which did not detract from our stay. Client service is excellent from the moment that you arrive. Our room had been renovated and was beautiful. All rooms at the Omni have a direct view of the Atlantic. The pool area is spacious with plenty of lounge chairs available and affords direct access to the beach. Wait staff is readily available to take your drink and snack order while lounging. The landscape at the Omni is mature and beautiful throughout the grounds and around the pool.. It is a perfect choice for a relaxing gettaway and we would highly recommend it."

"Leticia at the front desk was fantastic! I had a health related attack on the way back from Atlanta and we decided to stay at the Ritz so I could rest. We stayed at this Ritz on our honeymoon over 30 years ago, had my 50th birthday party at Salt with guests for a weekend, stayed there for our 30th wedding anniversary and had dinner at Salt also (I highly recommend Salt), stayed many holidays with our children and friends, car shows, and it is still such a wonderful resort. You cannot go wrong staying at this beautiful resort. We have loved it for over 30 years and hope to keep going there for many more years to come. All of the staff is great, but a special shout out to Leticia. Thank you for helping us. "
