Good afternoon Sir, we really don't understand why you complain on this review about the hotels.com communication with the guests, in our payment options is well described we send to the guests the link of payment, if you don't want to pay trough the link you should pay trough Hotels.com with a virtual card, we don't understand why you don't do it (mystery).We also don't understand why you reserve a quadruple room instead of 2 double rooms, you see the photos on the web site but maybe you don't want to spend too much (in Italy, when we go on vacation, we don't care about money, we care about to be comfortable :) )The parking options are well described in the mail we send you some days before your arrival, you tell us for you is okay and instead you complain on the review (second mystery).About the breakfast, please, come back and we will happy to serve spaghetti with clams, next timeKindest Regards

Good morning, the room you have chosen is a basic standard room plus it is the only quadruple room with a balcony, the other room has a window and it was offered to you.In the structure there are different rooms depending on the rate, there are superior category rooms such as superior deluxe rooms and junior suites but they are all for two people.We are sorry to hear about this and on your next visit we will assign you one of our best rooms for you
