Wonderful stay - will return!

We loved the ocean colony resort as it was centrally located but also felt very calm and peaceful - close to nature. We loved the apartment, and the amenities - though it was too cold for the pool. The proximity to the beach was unmatched and the services they provide (chairs, umbrellas, towels) are so nice. The section of beach is private, serene, and just gorgeous. Because we were so close to the water, we could fall asleep to the sound of waves and enjoy coffee on the porch overlooking the ocean in the morning. Just a note - you sign a contract with the resort saying that they can give you an alternate room if yours is compromised - this happened to us. They gave us an almost identical unit to the one in the photos except the view wasn't the same. For the price, it would’ve been nice to have what we booked but it was totally out of their control and they were VERY kind and accommodating. The room we got was fantastic! All the staff were very friendly and kind and seemed to really care that we had what we needed. The stay was 10/10. We would love to return.
