This picturesque Hamlet affords access to fishing off our private beach or on boats out of Montauk, whale watching on boats or from the beach, water sports, hiking on the endless beach and trails, or horseback riding at the nearby oldest operating ranch in the country. Conveniently located to the Block Island and Newport RI ferry service as well as convenient transportation from NYC (East Hampton Airport, MacArthur Airport, Southampton Heliport, luxury bus services and the Long Island Railroad).

• Smoke-free and pet-free facility.
• Prior to checking in, primary/main guests must complete the online pre-arrival via Charge Automation. This requirement is important for us to gather your travel-related information and ensure that you are well-informed of our guest rental agreement.

I didn’t receive the 1BR, 2 bathroom unit with TVs in the bedroom and loft that I booked online. The unit I was given only had 1 bathroom and no TVs in any of the bedrooms. The property was great. But I feel like I got bait and switched with the unit I booked online.
Stayed 4 nights in Jul 2024
