Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Hotel did not have our Reservation . One was there to check us in. There was no heated pool or breakfast as advertised and paid for. Both Expedia and this Hotel are Horrible. They should not waste customers vacation time just to make a buck. It was not cheap either.
