We picked this hotel for the spa, and were horribly disappointed. The spa was unorganized and just really bad overall. Its convenient that there are restaurants connected to the hotel. Upon our arrival the initial staff member at the desk was terribly rude and gave us a smaller bed than we booked and the air conditioning didnt work in the room. But the next morning the staff was wonderful! They helped us move to a new room for the 2nd night of our stay. The shuttle bus driver to the airport was great. I dont think id stay again, but if you just need a quick one night stay close to the airport, it would he fine.

Unfortunately our one night stay was significantly disrupted with a fire alarm/door alarm going off in the early hours of the morning. Especially frustrating when we had an early flight to catch the next day

Service at reception - did not answer my calls when I knew someone was there. Not really as welcoming as I thought either, when arriving there. I have also been charged £42 unnecessarily on my credit card. I was told at the end of the stay that I should have any charges and that it should reverse out in next few days (in addition to the deposit that I had paid).

Friendly and very helpful staff. Excellent service provided by the breakfast staff, in particular. The hotel reception area is very clean and welcoming, as was our booked room. Also impressed with the scented aroma around the hotel corridors which made the building feel clean and fresh. Brilliant location and lovely surroundings. Our only disappointment was the unexpected overnight parking charge. Will stay at the hotel again.

1...Stained Towel in bathroom. 2 .No information on where room was situated. 3...No assistance with heavy luggage . 4..Card mix-up on arrival 5... Wanting to charge for shuttle bus to airport when Hertz offered us free transportation and receptionist was not happy and still wanting to charge us.

Not a great hotel, with very odd room numbering that means people get lost going around the hotel. My room smelled as if someone had smoked in the room and they didn't service my room on day 2. Not recommended

Not what you’d expect… for all the best reasons 😊 We were amazed at the shear volume of the hotel - despite this I thought Delta was in very good condition, lovely facilities… the pool and spa is a star attraction and when looking at the photos upon booking gave it the WOW factor… certainly did not disappoint us! The room itself was just what we needed; practical, clean and comfortable! It was certainly pleasant and probably the nicest airport hotel I’ve ever stayed in! The area was obviously fit for purpose but the hotel didn’t let loud outside noises spew in including the nearby motorway and planes overhead… I wasn’t disturbed once so I therefore give ‘Excellence’ in area around based on how convenient it was. Staff on front desk were very helpful and extremely lovely upon our check in… particularly the blonde lady with glasses (I really wish I had her name) she made us feel welcome and engaged with us and was very helpful. Only slight flaw for us was the lack of response to room service but it was late so hey ho!

We were really looking forward to this stay, and then we got here. Took over 40min to check in, staff didn’t know what they were doing. We then entered the room (after a long walk to it, with a 2yr old and accessories). Glasses dirty, glass table top loose and sliding everywhere. Very unsafe. To top it off when we told reception about this, she didn’t even apologies or seem interested. A blank expression on her face reassured us we won’t be going back

I liked that it was peaceful and that the room and common area was clean. I chose the property because of its proximity to the airport, the shuttle and pool. The pool space was limited to about half because of swim classes going on. The pool area needs updating

Convenient
Ideal for a pre-flight overnight. Especially if you are dropping a car back to Hertz which I was. The Brasserie restaurant was much better than I expected.

Disappointing experience
Disappointing stay. Staying in numerous hotels each year this was one of the poorest overall experiences. On the surface the hotel is very nice and it was undoubtably clean and well maintained. However, my list of annoyances is more than I have experienced in any other hotel. I was not told a photo ID would be required to check in which led to a very long and tortuous experience having to find someone to go to my house to take a picture of my driving licence. The lady on reception was completely unhelpful and very much of the "computer says no" school of service. The room was clean and the bed comfortable but the television did not work and the shower only produced tepid water at best. Food wise my minute steak in my sandwich in the evening had been cooked for significantly longer than a minute! Whilst beans and scrambled egg at breakfast were stone cold.
