Struttura come in descrizione , unica cosa il parcheggio interno non è stato possibile usufruirne per via del fatto che l’hotel era pieno ma ci sono dei parcheggi anche subito fuori tra l’altro davanti ad un laboratorio di pasticceria molto buono .. personale molto cortese e gentile .

Personale gentile e disponibile 24 ore su 24. La disponibilità della colazione anche fuori dall'orario. Mi è piaciuta di più la preparazione del personale nel trattare con i pellegrini della via Francigena e nell'offire loro soluzioni adeguate. Mi è piaciuta di meno la tenda della doccia avrei prefeito ol box.

Hotel da incubo!!

Abbiamo prenotato in questo hotel (orribile) per due notti con richiesta di pagamento al ceckin per un totale di 200€. Il corridoio puzzava di fumo e si sentivano tutti i rumori provenienti dalle altre camere mentre arrivavamo alla nostra. La stanza era piccolissima, il letto prenotato doveva essere matrimoniale invece era appena una piazza e mezzo e la rete erana incollata al pavimento e il materasso circa 10 cm più piccolo della rete! Il peggiore in tutto era il bagno! Un minuscolo bagno con tazza e bidè quasi attaccati una di fronte l'altra si faceva fatica ad utilizzare il bidè essendo costretto in un angolo La doccia comprendeva il lavandino un'asta passava da parte a parte del bagno dividendolo a metà con una tenda (che doveva essere per la doccia) includendo nella doccia anche il lavandino! La stanza veniva pulita SU RICHIESTA!! Lasciando un cartellino alla porta la mattina E per non farci mancare niente, la notte c'è stato un blackout fino alla mattina senza luci di emergenza e senza acqua calda ci siamo dovuti lavare con l'acqua fredda e la mia fidanzata è andata durante la notte a prendere l'acqua nella macchinetta nella hall completamente al buio per tutto il corridoio e il piano di sotto! Ragazzi veramente un hotel DA INCUBO!! Mai più!!! SCONSIGLIATISSIMO!!
