I arrived at around 7pm and put the code into the door lock and turned the handle only to find that the door was also locked with another lock I phoned the contact number on the booking confirmation only to find it was an office and nobody was there, so I left a message, I never had a reply. "Property was clean and as a family we felt safe staying there. Room was a nice size and our stay there was good. The parking outside was often difficult to find spaces and due to permit holder restrictions 4:30pm-6:30pm you have to lose your space every day you stay. If you have a large vehicle you need to park I would not recommend any accomodation in this area. Not the fault of the owner though and if you don't require parking for a large vehicle it's a fine accomodation."

You get what you pay for - it's in an old building with poor ventilation. A few 'old building' smells and humidity lingers in the bathroom. Bed was comfortable, all linens and towels clean and fresh.
