Subpar at best
The check-in process started with us being given the wrong code to get into the property. The property management did answer on the first call and we were given the correct code pretty quickly. When we entered the rental and began checking things out, one of the toilets was leaking so we had to shut the water off, and one of the bedrooms had stains on the sheets and a large blood spot on the blanket. We again called the property management company who advised that maintenance and housekeeping wouldn't be out until the next day. Although there were extra sheets provided, these also had stains so our child had to sleep on a blanket we had brought with us from home. Maintenance did come early the next day to fix the toilet issue, but housekeeping didn't arrive until the end of the day. We had to call the property management company again and leave a message regarding the sheets and blanket. Even though it was during business hours no one called us back. Also, the rental smelled like someone had used the fireplace and didn't open the flue. When we tried to turn on the humidifier provided to help with the air, the smell of smoke increased tremendously and we weren't able to use it at all. We ended up leaving a day early because we just weren't comfortable in the house. Location to the mountain were ideal for skiing and restaurants, which is the only reason I gave this one 2 stars.
