"We enjoyed our stay, and Armando was very nice. We ran out of propane for the grill, I texted Armando and he was there with a full bottle with in a few minutes. We will definitely will be staying again."

"Cabin size was good. The cabin had cob webs on the ceilings. Walls and some wall fixtures were full of dust. The trim was also dusty. On our first night we noticed ants on the bathroom sink and they kept coming out through out the entire time we stayed there. On the first day there we were putting up a few things in a cabinet and my husband found a styrofoam container with beans. "

"Great property in a cook town with some amazing views. Sylvia was first class with communication on responses and expectations for our stay at the property. Everything was just as expected. Views from the deck were great, beds were comfortable, and everything we could have needed as available. Hope we can return against soon!"

"Cedarside cabin was exactly as listed in the posting. Check in was a breeze, everything was clean (especially the hot tub), and when they said fully stocked kitchen, they really mean it! Beds were comfy, there was room for everyone, and overall the group had an awesome stay. Would return in the future."

"The cabin was really clean, although the disinfectant smell was a bit overwhelming at first. The kitchen is well stocked for basic meal prep. The cabin is at the end of the street so was quiet, but it is still close enough to the main road so there is some traffic noise while sitting outside. I would recommend this place and would stay here again if I'm in the Ruidoso area!"

"It’s a nice place! I enjoyed all the windows in the living room. East, south and West windows. Enjoyed looking at the River to the east of the living room. Kitchen table and kitchen window have a nice view as well."

"This was our first family vacation ever, and I know that puts alot of pressure on the situation, but this place more than delivered on amazing!! We spent alot of time on both porches, admiring the spectacular views. It was beautiful. There were deer on the property that my kids had never seen, and that alone, made them so happy. It was very clean, clear labels in multiple places that answered many questions so we didnt need to bother the owner too much, and when we did have questions she was...

"I was super excited to stay at what looked to be a great place. First off couldnt get code to work on door and had to call for help. The house smelled of trash but no trash was found anywhere. Cobwebs galore. very sparsely lit, and the lamps had lightbulbs that didn't work or the lamps were not working."
