Pictures honestly don’t do this apartment justice it is beautiful. Everything you could wish for for is provided for including a welcome box which was a lovely addition. We watched the sun rise every morning and set every evening. The roof top solarium was a true sun spot with the balcony being stunning for watching the world go by in pure comfort. Air con was totally silent which we’ve never had before usually they are very noisy so could easily sleep with it on. Cannot recommend this apartment enough and being in Altea Hills was beautiful. We will definitely be coming back again.
We had a great stay! The weather, the apartment, the views, everything was so good. Very friendly contact with the Redi team. They will help you with every question you have. The apartment is lying in Antea Hills. This will give you a great view. At 9 o'clock you can enjoy the sunshine already at the balcony. Even in December.
You will need a car for this location. It's a few kilometres to Altea, the beach and the shops. Not a problem at all for us.
Wouldn't surprise me if we will come back next year!

Een mooie ruime accommodatie met mooi uitzicht. Een nadeel was dat op het dakterras geen parasol of doek aanwezig was. Aan het begin van de vakantie hebben we dit aan de contactpersoon gevraagd maar hebben we geen reactie op gekregen, waardoor we niet op het dakterras konden zitten. De aangeboden plek in de parkeergarage is voor een middenklasser niet te bereiken, dit is ook te zien aan de beschadigingen op de pilaar van mensen die het wel hebben geprobeerd. Onze auto stond dus buiten het pand in de zon. We hadden dus achteraf gezien beter een goedkoper appartement zonder dakterras in hetzelfde gebouw kunnen boeken. Het zwembad was schoon en goed verzorgd.
Schöne Bilder, schöne Aussicht, so weit, so gut. Diese Fotos müssen direkt nach Fertigstellung bzw. Renovierung gemacht worden sein, dies auch mit erheblichem Weitwinkeleffekt.
Zum Zustand: Sofa war mit einer Decke abgedeckt, was schon nichts gutes ahnen lässt. Darunter total verdreckt und fleckig. An der Esstischplatte war der Umleimer lose und fehlte an einer Seite ganz. Die Wände wiesen deutliche Schmutzstreifen auf. Fernseher nur englisch und spanisch.
Im Masterschlafzimmer ging der Fernseher gar nicht. Die Betten waren sehr gut, die Bettwäsche sehr einfach und weiß. Matratzen im 2. Schlafzimmer durchgelegen.
Bäder Ausstattung ok, aber alle Fugen stark verschmutzt . Das gilt für alle Fugen der gesamten Wohnung.
Küche ok, Ausstattung spärlich. Spülmaschine wurde mal ersetzt durch ein kleines Modell, dadurch unschöne Einbaulücke. Müll musste außerhalb der Anlage entsorgt werden.
Verglasung Wintergarten nicht geputzt, Dachterrasse ok.
Hätten wir Fotos der Wohnung im jetzigen Zustand gesehen, hätten wir sie nicht gemietet.
