Duplex Cap Negret is a beautiful and stylish two-bedroom duplex in Altea. Check-in and make yourself at home! It is perfect for an active family vacation or a couple looking for a romantic getaway.

In addition, this duplex with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms has been designed with care and attention to detail.

When you enter the duplex, you enter a spacious hallway. The first level of the house features two bedrooms and two baths and a lovely balcony where you can enjoy the sun while reading your favorite book.

The Master suite has its private bathroom including with a beautiful walk-in shower and a sinks. The Master bedroom offers a double bed, a big dresser in the hallway and air conditioning. The second bedroom offers also a double bed and air conditioning with a bathroom with shower in the hallway.

When you go up the stairs you will come across the living room, kitchen and a spacious balcony.

The living area is comfortably furnished so you can finish up some work, relax after a day of sightseeing, or catch up on your latest read or binge-worthy TV programs. Moreover, you can also use the free fast internet. We invite you to take advantage of the amenities, but know that well-earned relaxation in this beautiful space will be hard to turn down!

The kitchen is fully equipped and offers everything you need for cooking. The dining table comfortably sits 4 people.

The awakenings with seaviews, the wide spaces of the apartment and a very complete and useful kitchen. And the pool! The time of leaving. 10 AM es really early considering we must pack all our lugage. the ideal could be 12 or, at least, 11 AM.

L'appartement est idéalement situé avec toutes les commodités accessibles à pied et le centre de Altea à 15mn en longeant la plage. Le logement est très bien équipé, literie très confortable et la vue incroyable depuis le balcon. Très appréciable d'avoir à dispo des transats de plage, parasols, chaise haute bébé, etc. Le logement est calme, bien insonorisé et la place de parking est un vrai atout. Nous avons vraiment apprécié le suivi de Costa Blanca Dreams en amont du séjour, les amenities laissés dans l'appartement pour notre confort et leur souplesse sur l'heure du départ. La propreté pourrait être encore améliorée sur certains détails (recoins, sous le canapé, sol du balcon). Il manque des coussins pour les chaises extérieures. Mais ce sont des détails, nous sommes ravis de notre séjour et reviendrons avec plaisir.

Die Wohnung ist klasse eingerichtet und es fehlt nichts. Es war sehr sauber und die Aussicht ist schön. Sehr ruhig gelegen. Das einzige was uns fehlte waren etwas bessere Auflagen für die Stühle auf dem Balkon bzw 4 Stühle wären super. Der Pool müsste besser gepflegt werden, die Wasserqualität war nicht optimal.
