Villa with private pool suitable for up to 6 people. A beautiful 3 bedroom villa set in spectacular mountain scenery with private pool in Altea. A traditional villa for 6 people located in Altea La Vella, with a choice of shops, two supermarkets, a bakery and restaurants. Located in a residential area, the holiday villa and grounds are private and peaceful. A private swimming pool surrounded by a terrace and outdoor gas BBQ. The semi-open kitchen to the living room and dining room is fully equipped, complete with dishwasher and microwave. The holiday home has 3 fairly large bedrooms with two bathrooms on 2 floors. A separate annex with 1 double bedroom. There are parking spaces for 2 cars on site. Enjoy a floodlit private pool with sea views.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in diesem wunderschönen Haus. Was Sie auf den Fotos sehen, ist auch, wie das Haus aussieht. Schöne Aussicht auf die Berge hinter dem Haus und wenn Sie vorne sitzen, haben Sie einen schönen Blick auf das Meer 2 Etagen. Es gibt keine Treppen im Haus, um von einer Etage zur anderen zu gelangen. Sie müssen also über eine Treppe nach draußen gehen und über ein Schlafzimmer mit Ventilator und einem kleineren Bett verfügen Zimmer mit Klimaanlage, Schlafzimmer, kleiner Küche und Bad. Sehr schöner Pool mit Blick auf die Berge hinter dem Haus. Sowohl der Strand mit Boulevard und vielen Restaurants als auch das Zentrum, wo es abends wirklich schön ist. Auch Strand und Zentrum sind fußläufig voneinander zu erreichen.
