"The property shows really well and is clean. The doormen and valet are super kind and efficient. The check-in was smooth and easy. The room was clean and simple. The elevators were quick every time. Cons: front desk staff failed to inform us of amenities available like pool/bar hours, available bikes to checkout, etc. Ordered room service to which the order was taken incorrectly (they wrote down the wrong room). Called them back regarding the food over an hour later and they bought us the food that had been sitting out. Ate only the crab soup and got food poisoning. Let them know and they gave a late checkout so I could get myself together but charged me for the food. Smh"

"My family was in Alpharetta for a wedding reception in Downtown Alpharetta. I booked this property because it looked nice, it was only a few minutes from the venue and it would accommodate our whole family. Boy was I in for a surprise!!! This was one of the best experiences we have had in a rental property. Everything was extremely comfortable and exceptionally well appointed. Everything in the home is exactly as pictured and was meticulously cleaned. Our host, Kaylee had thought of so many things to make our stay more relaxing and special. The full entertainment area in the basement was so helpful and having all of the games in the recreation area provided lots of entertainment for kids of all ages. I especially loved the special coffee / tea station which even included nice flavoring syrups. Though we were not there long enough to enjoy relaxing around the firepit, we did enjoy microwave s'more using the items from the generous s'more bar she provided. Our only regret was that we didn't have longer to stay....I highly recommend this rental unit to anyone coming to the Alpharetta area! "

"We did a last minute stay and chose a hotel close to our destination. Sad to say not all La Quinta have the same hospitality. Only helpful person was receptionist at night time(she was super nice ) Didn’t see any house keeping for the two nights there. Room smelled sometimes like dog and hallway close to elevator smelled like cigarettes (even though there’s a no smoking sign.) Breakfast was all gone by 8:30 on Friday. Breakfast lady wasn’t nice about it either and even said “oh well that’s too bad it’s almost 9” in her language. Second night they seem to run out of everything again. People would ask for forks ,butter and sugar and she will say there’s no more. If we would have extended our trip we would have definitely left to a different hotel.. "

"The property was actually better than expected. Beautifully renovated and well appointed. Kitchen well stocked with anything you need. Had coffee and filters to use for making coffee, which was great. Outdoor space was private and spectacular. Beds were comfortable. Enjoyed the hot tub. Location is great to downtown Alpharetta. Neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. One of the best vacation rentals we have stayed at. Communication with host was great."
