Great hotel, with incredible view
A very comfortable stay I had, the view and amenities in the hotel were great. Stuff was just incredible. Price was a bit higher.

inconvenient location away from the city, chose as looked close"er" to Shymbulak but not much difference at the end of the day. Concierge gave us wrong information on several occasions, room cleaning needed reminding.

Lovely place!
The hotel is beautiful with a useful car park. Do remember to make sure that you go all the way up to the 30th floor to find the reception. Breakfast is on the 30th floor and then the rooms are situated below that. There are beautiful views of the mountains from all windows. Reception is stunning with plenty of seating.

The hotel was really nice. Not very central but it had a great mall next door with shops, a small supermarket and some restaurants.

Good choice for Almaty
Staff were very good and efficient, with very fast response time. Good location. Food was average even though prices were high and I expected more from a Ritz Carlton on the good front. Disappointed that there was not a pillow menu since the pillows were too soft. Hot tub was not hot and this would have been nice after a day skiing. Sauna and steam were good. Nice lobby atmosphere but restaurants lacked atmosphere, variety, people and prices were expensive for what you got.

Short trip to meet with a friend
Great beautiful hotel, attention to detail, very nice spa area. Just one recommendation is to increase the variety of food for breakfast including adding fresh juices.

Very lovely staff who try hard but have poor English skills overall. Beautiful hotel but access to rooms via elevator switch is time consuming. Final note, classic RC air freshener scent is a bit heavy.

I usually stay at the Ritz Carlton hotels and there is no problems, but not this time. Staff was not friendly, when i arrive with my family receptionist downstairs didnt offer me any help with my luggage, instead he continued chatting with bellman completely ignoring guests. Room was comfortable and has amazing view, but ridiculously dusty. Was problems with checkout when receptionist wanted to charge me extra breakfast for my newborn baby. Overall I was not satisfied with service provided.

Great view of the mountains.
Good location, hotel was clean and quite. Food was great especially if you can arrange a deal for the club lounge. Nice change from New Delhi, only 3.5 hrs away by air.

Beautiful Hotel
This is a spectacular hotel. Wonderful staff and well appointed rooms. The views of the mountains and city were outstanding. We were here for New Year's Eve. Best place to be for the fireworks displays all across the city! 30th floor!

Love the Ritz
I arrived at 5 am after a long series of flights from the US. The desk checked us in for a very early check in. What a relief. I ate the breakfast before sleeping. It was not included in the price as I knew. I did think it was worth the money. My room had a beautiful view of the Tien Shen mountains and Kok Tobe in front. The bathroom was huge and luxurious.
