"Staff was wonderful and welcoming and fun!! Shout out to Cody, Emily and the Security Guy. Emily was all business and i appreciated her helping me stay in the same room as I booked another week. Cody always made me feel welcome and bright smiles and laughter. They did and do a phenomenal job!! The security guy always made me feel like I was secure and kept the “riffraff” away and cleaned along his way. This was a GREAT experience!! Everyone honestly went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and safe! Awesome team! Give these 3 a big kudos and a raise! Thanks again! Kristen Rice"

"I had an issue with a neighbor playing their TV so loud that we couldn’t hear ours. I can not remember her name, but she said they could ask them around 8ish to quiet down since it was unreasonable loud. I went to ask her to come over and she had gone home and the man said they can’t go into 10:00 since that’s when quiet hour starts. That was disappointing, but they did get us a new room and it was an upgrade to a nicer room. For that evening of peace, we are forever grateful! "
