"There is no air conditioning and our room was very warm. They do have stand alone fans which was helpful but still needed to leave the window and sliding door open over night. "

"Beautiful hotel with AMAZING STAFF! They begin with a lovely cup of tea on check in, and Romano was SO fast at bringing my bags up to my room! Even though I came in during the rain, AND peak busy check in time. Romano was hustling between drying the floors so nobody slipped, greeting clients, hauling bags, etc. Here’s the AMAZING part: when I checked out I accidentally left my carry on in the room! It had EVERYTHING in it: jewelry, medications, all my chargers, my tablet-basically my whole life: Romano REMEMBERED I was taking the train to Queenstown, and he jumped in the car and drove all the way to the station to catch me and return my bag!!! I was in TEARS of joy and relief! What an absolute ANGEL! "

"The room was clean and I only stayed for 1 night I never went into the kitchen or looked for shops. I couldn't work the microwave but luckily for me friends brought me hot food Sorry I can't say more"

"Hotel obviously on the South Island coach tours Breakfast was a dogfight with most tables booked for tours Food ran out and had to wait for replacements Restaurant food (1 dinner) reasonable"
