"The location is great in the daytime and walking distance to La Rambla and subway, but walking around in the evening is not for the faint-of-heart. Gorgeous roof-top view at the lounge, and the buffet breakfast is superb. Only issue we had was the non-existent shower door that meant our bathroom flooded every time we took a shower, but otherwise the room was clean, tidy and spacious. Would recommend and stay again, in a different room with a shower door :)"

"Hotel REC is a nice property, with a convenient location next to the Arc de Triomf metro stop…had excellent breakfast, helpful staff, and clean rooms without carpet, which we like…only issue is that if you get one of the larger rooms in front, there will be noise from neighboring restaurants…but, it was more or less tolerable, since the windows seal pretty well…thank you…"
