"Usually hotels near train stations are awful, but UNA was top notch. Many new facilities one does not see in USA were routinely integrated into the room. I had flown in from Germany with only 2hours of sleep the prior night so I appreciated that I could relaxin the living room where I could plug into the internet, and then the staff got me into my room sooner than is customary. "I stay with short but lovely.. Angela the reception manager checked us in and she was amazing. There was a taxi strike in the morning so the hotel arranged a private car for us and we were before the breakfast hours so Angel also arranged box breakfasts for us which were fantastic. Room was large and beautiful loved the two full-sized beds put together. "
