Was our second worst stay in our month long journey in Italy. Walls are PAPER thin and there is some family next door making all kinds of noise during the night. I’m not a light sleeper but it was very disturbing. The room REEKED of smoke, get a ozone in there! Kitchen is tiny but suitable. Not in a nice area at all, wouldn’t walk around at night. Only perk is across the street from the train station. Wouldn’t recommend staying, spend the money and go elsewhere

We found check in difficult and stressful. It was hard to locate the building and then figure out how to use the keypad to gain access. The surrounding neighbourhood did not feel safe (especially at nighttime). The wall in the bedroom was very thin and we could hear every word/cry from a small child from the family next door. The first time we showered, the door came off the slider. The shelf in the shower was rusty and the shower drained very slowly. We expected breakfast to be included and this is one of the reasons we booked this property over others in Naples. Multiple factors indicated breakfast was included: 1) described as a “bed and breakfast” 2) outlined on Hotels.com as “breakfast is served at a nearby bar” 3) a sign on the door with a ticked box indicating breakfast was included Upon discussing this on multiple occasions with the front of house staff who also contacted the owners of the property, we were disappointed in their response and felt they were confrontational. We were told to contact Hotels.com regarding THEIR property as the description was incorrect and we should “take it up with them”. We found the only positives were the TV (which had Netflix) and the property is located within very close proximity to Napoli Centrale (less than 4 minute walk)

Gute Übernachtungsmöglichkeit in Neapel

Die Unterkunft ist gut direkt beim Bahnhof gelegen. Die Gastgeberin gab sich alle Mühe um den Kunden alles recht zu machen. Ich konnte mein Zimmer bereits um 9:30 beziehen. Die Gegend rund um den Bahnhof ist wie in andere Städten nicht die beste.

Bedømmelsen må opdeles i to. Der var absolut ikke noget at udsætte på den venlige og gæstfrie imødekommenhed fra vores vært. Og værelse mv. var helt fint. Der hvor det i nogen grad trækker ned, er beliggenheden! Den er godt nok central (lige ved hovedbanegården) men også for centralt - for der var en del utryghed forbundet hermed. Men kan man abstrahere fra det, så er det helt fint.

The facility is located near the main train and bus station. This made it very easy to get around Naples without a car. We stayed here for a week. The facility is clean and there is a kitchen available to use during your stay. There is a laundry and grocery store located within easy walking distance.

Points forts : - emplacement - bonne literie et logement fonctionnel Points négatifs : - logement très bruyant. Nous ne pouvions dormir qu'à partir de 1h30 du matin car une personne logeant dans la chambre 1 commence le ménage à 23h30. - il n'y a pas de salle de réception / déjeuner contrairement aux photos et à l'annonce - nous pouvions entendre tous les autres occupants téléphoner, ronfler, regarder un match, etc... - petit déjeuner très minimaliste avec seulement un café et une viennoiserie - aucun personnel rencontré lors de notre séjour, il n'y avait personne à la réception.

Very Pleasant

Our stay at Nonna Pina Art rooms were very comfortable. The room was medium sized but what I liked the most was it's clean. All in white, it looks very good. It was Christmas time they had kept some chocolates for us in our room. That was a very nice thought. The view from the window is not great but we didn't expect much because it's in the city center and also we were hardly around in the daytime. Breakfast has no variety but it's filling. Overall our stay was pleasant and that added to our good experience in Naples.

엄청 편안하고 좋았던 숙소인데 하루 만 묵어 아쉬웠어요. 위치는 역 앞이며 구글 지도 찾아서 73번지 보고 들어가면 되요. 주변도 좋다고는 할 수 없지만 입구에 지키는 분디 계셔서인지 엄청 조용하고 안전했어요.간이 주방도 있고 주변에 큰 슈퍼도 있어 지내기 편한 곳 입니다. very safe, clean, quite, easy to find. and there is small kitchen. also they keep our luggage after check out.

Personnel très gentil, très accueillant, très arrangeant! On a pu arrivé un peu plus tôt pour le check in et nous reposer de notre voyage. The property was lovely and modern, very spacious and clean. The building it is in is quite old fashioned and the elevator is really small and difficult to work, sometimes you would need to insert money for it to work. The location is very handy as it is quite close to the train station and walking distance to the historic town, however the street it is on is a bit dodgy.
