There was a huge wet spot on the carpet in my room so I was moved to another one. The bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. "Family owned, which was so lovely. It smelled so clean and fresh as if we were visiting family not a hotel. We didn't like that we had a portable AC cooler in the bathroom facing the bedroom. It also kept turning off and resetting which made the stay inconvenient. Other than that, everything was wonderful. Staff/owners friendly and very helpful with information around town. The trolley ride was fun and super convenient that we were able to get close by."

"A nice, spacious, and clean hotel. Parking is included and is conveniently located underground. Staff are nice and helpful. San Clemente is lovely, quiet and very family-friendly. Only negative review would be that the beds are a little too firm for our liking, but comfortable enough for a good night's rest. Faucet in our washroom was only letting out hot water for some reason. Otherwise, a great stay and would recommend! "
